1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the provision of virtual assistant services (“Services”) by Delegating Works (“Provider”) to the client (“Client”). By engaging with our Services, the Client agrees to these terms.
2. Services Provided
The Provider offers a range of virtual assistant services, including but not limited to:
- Administrative support
- Business Support
- Customer service
- Marketing
- Social media management
- Content writing
- Customer Service
- Graphic design
- Content Writing
- Research Services
- Website Management
- Lifestyle management Bookkeeping
3. Payment Terms
- Fees for Services will be outlined in our full terms and conditions or invoice provided to the Client.
- Payments are due [insert payment terms, e.g., within 14 days of invoice receipt].
- Late payments may incur a fee of £120.00 + VAT, plus daily interest at 8% plus the Bank of England base rate.
4. Confidentiality
The Provider agrees to keep all Client information confidential and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior consent, unless required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
Any work produced by the Provider as part of the Services shall remain the intellectual property of the Provider until full payment is received, at which point ownership may be transferred to the Client for a licence fee as specified in the agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Provider will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of the Services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment for Services rendered up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9. Amendments
The Provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their implementation.
