For our PAYG plan, we require upfront payment for the project.
For our Part Time and Full Time Plans, a deposit equivalent to the monthly payment is collected initially, followed by monthly payments which are collected on the 1st of each month.
Payments are handled through GoCardless, a direct debit system.

We possess software equipped with tracking capabilities, enabling us to accurately monitor the amount of time dedicated to your tasks.
Our PAYG plan offers the flexibility to book the exact number of hours you need.
With our part-time plan, the minimum subscription is 40 hours per month. You have the option to request additional hours, but they must not exceed 35 hours per week. If you require more time, you can upgrade to our full-time plan at no extra cost. Any unused hours can be carried over to the following month, but they must be utilized within 3 months.
If you choose our full-time plan, you have the option to request work outside of regular hours, but please note that this will be subject to a higher rate. Similar to our part time plan, any unused hours can be rolled over to the next month, but they must be utilized within 3 months.
No - you will not incur any additional charges if you need another VA to handle specialized tasks in a different niche. This is one of the advantages of using our service - we aim to provide you with access to all the resources you require in a single location.
We offer a complimentary service to rectify any work that you are not satisfied with, provided that the initial request was not fulfilled.
Termination of a pay-as-you-go service is possible at any given moment. However, please be aware that both our part-time and full-time plans necessitate a 30-day cancellation notice.
