Absolutely! We understand that each client has unique needs. You can customise your service package based on your specific requirements, and we’ll work with you to create a tailored solution.
We primarily communicate via email, phone, and video calls, depending on the client’s preference. We also use project management tools for tracking tasks and updates.
Client satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns. We will work to resolve the issue or offer a credit note based on the circumstances.

Yes, we work with clients globally. Our services can be provided remotely, making it easy to collaborate regardless of location.

We are flexible with scheduling and will work with you to accommodate any time zone differences, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of services.

We utilise a variety of tools and software, including such as Trello, Asana, Google Workspace, Microsoft, Salesforce, XERO, and more, depending on the services provided and the preferences of the client.

Absolutely! We encourage clients to share specific tasks or projects they need assistance with. Our goal is to provide support that is as tailored and effective as possible, so feel free to detail any particular requirements you have. 

Our standard working hours are 09:00-17:00, but we also offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. We can discuss availability during our initial consultation. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule a task, please inform us as soon as possible. We strive to be flexible and will do our best to accommodate changes. Our cancellation policy is outlined in the service agreement.  

We provide services for both short-term projects (minimum of one month) and long-term engagements.

Pricing

We offer a complimentary consultation where we devise your Plan of Action free of charge. Services that deliver value to the client are subject to a minimum fee of £1320 plus VAT for 40 hours per month. For a bespoke quote, please contact us using the form on our Contact Us page. 

You may subscribe for a minimum duration of one month at our base fee of £1320 plus VAT, which includes 40 hours of assistance each month. The contract can subsequently be maintained on a rolling basis until you decide to terminate it. All we need is 30 days notice.

 

During your complimentary consultation, you will have the opportunity to specify the days of the week and times that you prefer for our assistance. The total amount of work requested in a month must reach a minimum of 40 hours within one calendar month. Unused hours will not be carried over. If you find that you need more hours, please feel free to request them, and we will strive to meet your requirements.

Through one of the largest online payment gateway named GoCardless, and sed by all your favourite retailers and service providers. We can securely collect both one-time and recurring payments. 

Yes, direct debits are secure and you are protected by the direct debit scheme. The Direct Debit Guarantee protects customers from payments taken in error. In the case of any incorrect or fraudulent payments, the payer is entitled to a full and immediate refund from their bank. The protection granted by the guarantee makes Direct Debit a particularly safe and appealing payment method for users.

At the end of each calendar month, payments are collected through direct debit.

There are no hidden charges. To access 40 hours of service per month, a minimum payment of £1320 plus VAT is required. For any extra hours beyond this allocation, an hourly rate will be charged at £33.00p/h + VAT. 

It is possible that disbursement fees will be incurred in cases where you request a subscription to a third-party website that requires payment, payment. For more information, please review our terms of service.

We possess software equipped with tracking capabilities, enabling us to accurately monitor the amount of time dedicated to your tasks.

The 40 hours you purchase each month can be utilised by any member of our team assigned to your account. If you engage multiple Virtual Assistants, such as a Marketing VA and a Personal Assistant, each will deduct their utilised time from the same overall balance.

We offer a complimentary service to rectify any work that you are not satisfied with, provided that the initial request was not fulfilled. 

You have the option to specify a termination date prior to establishing the contract, ensuring that it concludes precisely in one month, or alternatively, you may give us a 30-day notice to terminate the contract at any given moment in time. 

Contract

We require a minimum commitment of one calendar month.  

We provide a trial month that allows you to evaluate our service without the obligation of committing to an annual contract. 

A duration of one calendar month. If you choose to proceed with our services, the contract will automatically renew on a monthly, rolling basis. There is a 30 day cancellation notice. 

If you need to terminate the contract early, please provide written notice as specified in the agreement. We understand that circumstances change, and we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.

Our contract includes a cancellation policy outlining any applicable fees for early termination. We strive to be fair, and any penalties will be clearly stated in the agreement.

In the event that you require more hours each month, please let us know. Remember to  indicate your preferred days of the week along with the necessary working hours, and we will endeavour to meet your requirements. 

We aim to resolve any disputes amicably through open communication. If necessary, our contract includes a clause for mediation or arbitration to address issues professionally and efficiently.

Yes, we include a confidentiality clause to protect your sensitive information. This ensures that any data or proprietary information shared during our working relationship remains secure.

The contract specifies payment terms, including billing frequency, payment methods accepted, and due dates for invoices to help prevent misunderstandings regarding payments.

Yes, contracts can be amended if both parties agree to the changes. We recommend discussing any desired adjustments openly, and we’ll document any amendments in writing.
